Kyle Pietrzyk ’16, M.S. ’18 a mechanical engineering graduate student at SCU, was accepted into the Ph.D. program in engineering with a full fellowship at Stanford University, beginning fall 2018. He is a member of On Shun Pak’s theoretical fluid mechanics research group and performed research with Hohyun Lee through the Kuehler Undergraduate Research Program.

As a undergrad, Olivia Bormann ’16 was a standout student caller and student supervisor. She came back to SCU two years ago to serve as the director of the Call Center. Under her leadership, the Call Center raised $639,000 during Santa Clara’s 2018 fiscal year—the highest total in the past five years.
